We're looking for a hands-on, technically minded Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by fine-tuning processes, supporting equipment performance, and championing safe, efficient work practices. If you enjoy solving problems on the floor, collaborating with engineers, and finding smarter ways to get things done, this could be the opportunity for you.
High school diploma required; technical degree or certification is a plus. 35 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process-focused roles. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability. Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, or basic programming is beneficial. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
