Process Technician

Location: Onsite in Tulsa Pay: upto $35.00/hr Shift: 1st

We're looking for a hands-on, technically minded Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by fine-tuning processes, supporting equipment performance, and championing safe, efficient work practices. If you enjoy solving problems on the floor, collaborating with engineers, and finding smarter ways to get things done, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Build, set up, and validate production machinery and automated equipment.
• Diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and control components to reduce downtime.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and related documents.
• Develop and update standard procedures, work guides, and technical records.
• Promote a culture of safety through routine walkthroughs and participation in corrective actions.
• Lead and support improvement activities, including 5S, lean projects, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor performance indicators, maintain visual management tools, and help coordinate daily production needs.
• Share knowledge by training teammates on procedures, equipment use, and safety expectations.
• Work closely with engineering and leadership to roll out process upgrades and operational improvements.

What You Bring

High school diploma required; technical degree or certification is a plus. 35 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process-focused roles. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability. Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, or basic programming is beneficial. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
