Job Details

Duties include provision of transportation for program clients to and from the office, or other locations as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders and appropriate interventions. POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operates agency vehicles while transporting clients to and from program and community appointments. Check email messages daily for scheduling changes. Provides effective communication with staff and clients for successful transportation services. Provides friendly customer service practices to clients. Informs supervisor of any van repairs/maintenance as necessary. Takes van(s) in for repairs/maintenance as necessary. Monitors and tracks general van maintenance and care. Adheres to all agency policies regarding transportation of clients, vehicle operation, accident reporting and cell phone usage.
