The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the Quality and Inspection Team. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer specifications while supporting compliance with AS9100 and ISO certifications. The Quality Manager promotes a safe, clean, and efficient work environment and oversees all quality personnel, departmental workflows, and resource planning.
The primary objective of the Quality Manager is to develop, maintain, and continually improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring superior product quality and reliability. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with applicable industry standards, specifically AS9100 and ISO, and driving continuous improvement across all quality functions.
