Guest Services Specialist Part-Time (1:00?PM 6:00?PM, Mon?Fri; 7:30?AM 2:30?PM, every other Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Transport patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department within the facility.
• Transport patients from the recovery area to their designated inpatient room.
• Park visitors vehicles.
• Staff registration desks and greet all patients, guests, and visitors in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Provide information about hospital services and facilitate consultations between physicians and patient families.
• Offer direction and answer general information inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record (drivers under 21 require insurance carrier approval).
• Current BLS certification or ability to acquire it within 30 days of hire.
• Basic interpersonal and customer?service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Sound judgment and quick decision?making when assisting patients with needs.
