What You Will Contribute:If you like working with your hands, learning different assembly tasks, and taking pride in building high-quality products, you'll thrive in this role. As an Assembler - Level 2, you'll rotate through various stations, assemble components to exact specifications, and use a range of tools-from hand tools to laser etchers-to complete customer-specific work. You'll also help support continuous improvement and may even train others as your skills grow. This is a great fit for someone who values teamwork, precision, and variety in their workday.
This will be a first shift role at our Tulsa facility
Job Duties: - Participate and Contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost continuous improvement efforts.
- Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work.
- Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on his/her own.
- Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor.
- May be responsible for basic training of others in department.
- Use basic Hand, battery, electric and pneumatic powered tools to complete assemblies.
- Safely use circular saws, deburring tools to complete modified assemblies.
- Accurately use laser etcher, dot peen etcher and engraver to complete modified assemblies to customer specifications.
- Navigate through basic LX screens to identify Inventory requirements and status as needed and utilize system as required to make adjustments.
- Perform basic 5S and Lean concepts to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of assembly experience
- Basic computer skills including previous experience with an ERP system and Microsoft Office
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- This role is between $17-19 hourly
