Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the front reception area, welcome guests/visitors and distribute badges, answer phones and transfer calls as appropriate, receive, sort, and file mail, sign for packages and notify receiving parties
  • Update and maintain temporary badge audit as per TSA requirements
  • Assist with logistics support for customer visits and meetings and conference room preparation
  • Order, distribute and keep track of office supplies, business cards, branded materials, etc.
  • Provide administrative assistance and project management to the President as needed
  • Assist with Sales, Marketing and Business Management team projects as needed
  • Oversight and management of special projects and committees
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Professional proficiency in oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintain high confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with various completion requirements in time-sensitive environments
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Education And Experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Administrative and supervisory experience preferred
  • Social media skills
  • Aviation industry experience a plus
