Responsibilities will also include assistance in the Quality Department for inspection of parts and products, updating work instructions and other administrative tasks. This position will report directly to the Tulsa Quality Manager./ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:/strong/pulliCoordinate with and assist company internal departments to effect a timely and accurate preparation of order related documents; examples of documents involved include Certificates of Conformity (COC), Material Test Report (MTR), Leak Test Reports, Weld Maps and Reports, etc./liliAssemble and transmit documents to customers in accordance with sales order contract terms; i.e. periodic project update meetings or final document packages at time of shipment/liliReceive and distribute customer document change requirements to affected departments, and follow up to ensure timely revisions and re-transmittals/liliMaintain an up-to-date status of all project-specific documents/liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date archives for all project-specific documentation/liliIn coordination with Project Engineer, ensure all document requirements are completed in accordance with contract schedules/liliDrive continuous improvement activities related to the document control processes, procedures and software applications/liliProduce status reports, metrics, charts and graphs as requested for management review/liliSupport the projects team with project documents and the control and distribution of documents; assist with third party vendors as requested/li/ulpstrongFor This Role, You Will Need:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience/lili3+ years of documentation experience in a manufacturing environment/liliExcellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Word and Excel/liliAbility to work independently and with minimal supervision/liliAttention to detail and commitment to meeting schedule requirements/liliAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with departments, subcontractors and customer personnel/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:/strong/pulliPrior experience and knowledge of Oracle and SharePoint systems/liliPrevious Emerson experience and working knowledge of Tulsa products/liliOil Gas experience/li/ulpstrongOur Culture Commitment to You:/strong/ppAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
