Customer Service Professional / AR Analyst
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. In this role, you'll be the point of contact for account-related inquiries to ensure aseamless customer experience while address billing and accounts receivable issues. This is a full-time, onsite job in Tulsa, OK.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to accounts receivable inquires
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving billing issues and ensuring accurate adjustments
- Evaluate credit and order limits
- Manage customer calls and multi-task effectively
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service, accounts receivable, or administrative role
