Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phone calls and warmly greet visitors.
• Manage and resolve billing issues associated with the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide timely updates; assist in resolving lost or misplaced shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Assist with various operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing, and documentation.
• Efficiently dispatch pick-up and delivery information; coordinate daily pick-up schedules.
• May assist in processing import/export documentation and aid in customs clearance as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass background and security checks to obtain required badges.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to forty (40) lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch repeatedly.
