Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and/or mall setting.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and documentation per site procedures.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, service areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, loading areas, and high-traffic zones; assist with access control, crowd flow, and/or closing procedures as directed by post orders.; Complete required reports and logs, communicate with site management and/or local responders when needed, and follow Allied Universal reporting and escalation guidelines.
