Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, field teams, and ownership groups
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Lead progress meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Project experience exceeding $10M
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of construction means & methods, contracts, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software and digital documentation tools
