Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and post orders at a utilities location; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, substations, yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions; Monitor alarms, cameras, and communications systems when assigned, and document unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy exceptions per site requirements; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal staff and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures; Complete detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and assist with badge checks, key control, and visitor management when needed
