CRH - - Responsibilities: Operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects; Control machinery from the panelboard, ensuring smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes; Observe gauges and machinery to uphold quality and safety standards; Keep the worksite and plant clean, organized, and safe for all team members; Perform routine plant maintenance and report major issues to supervisors for quick resolution
