Job Overview:

The Digital Data Records Specialist will serve as a key member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing, retention, and management of all aircraft maintenance records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records while adhering to company and FAA policies.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
• Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, track, and upload corrections to discrepant records.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system.
• Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed.
• Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries.
• Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.
• Distribute and retain documents as required by company and FAA policy.
• Reconcile all aircraft log pages.
• Prepare and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only).
• Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.
  

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to handle multiple duties and priorities daily, function effectively under deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Sound decision-making ability.
• Experience or knowledge of records management; aviation maintenance records experience is a plus.
• Experience with SCEPTRE, AirVault System, Time Control Maintenance, Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes is desired.
• Proficiency in 10-key by touch and typing at 50 words per minute.
