Job Title: Digital Data Records Specialist – TULSA
Location: Tulsa, OK 74116
Duration: 04/20/2026 to 12/31/2026
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
• Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records
• Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system
• Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed
• Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries
• Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
• Distribute and retain documents as required by FAA policy
• Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages
• Prep and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only)
• Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience/training
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
• Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; 'can do' attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily
• Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods of time
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills
• Demonstrated sound decision-making ability
• Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus
• SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System and Lotus Notes experience desired
• 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm
