Be able to modify orders in the event of additional needs.* Take daily sandwich inventory.* Keep dry storage area organized. Keep inventory rotated. Collect all dishware.* Cook provide guidance, instruction and direction to CCC staff when preparing and serving lunch and dinner meals.* Work collaboratively with the CCC staff to coordinate delivery of food service.* Provide specific meal serving preparation instructions (heating, if applicable) during times not on-site. Ensure meals are served during absence.* Cook maintains clean prep kitchen per TCCHD standards.* Demonstrate effective time management skills.Drug Free Workplace PolicyThis job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
