We are partnering with a leading client in the aerospace/advanced manufacturing space to hire a Project Engineer in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoys leading cross-functional collaboration while driving technical execution.

In this role, you will coordinate engineering design, integration, and analysis activities while owning and managing customer-driven technical requirements across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering efforts across design, stress, materials/process, and manufacturing teams
• Own and manage technical requirements based on customer specifications
• Guide engineering schedules, hours, and task sequencing
• Act as the technical liaison between cross-functional teams
• Support PDR/CDR (Preliminary & Critical Design Reviews)
• Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and certification requirements

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong experience interpreting and translating technical requirements into actionable tasks
• Background supporting aerospace or advanced manufacturing programs through structured development phases (PDR/CDR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft transparency systems (windows, canopies, acrylic structures)
• Exposure to bonded structures, coatings, or autoclave curing processes
• Prior experience on military or defense aerospace programs

Tools & Environment

• CATIA V5 (or later) – ability to review designs and assemblies
• Experience working with engineering drawings, specs, and documentation systems
• Background in structured engineering environments (PLM/PDM familiarity is a plus)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer
• Proficiency with CATIA V5 or later
• U.S. Citizenship required
