Wood Systems Inc., a Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company is looking for a reliable Materials Handler to ensure successful receiving, checking, picking and loading of materials.Job Location: 4615 S 49th West Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107Duties and Responsibilities:* Unloads in-bound freight, verifies the material matches the order and records any damages or shortages.* Obtains driver s signature on bill of lading.* Assembles store shipments by palletizing, shrink wrapping and labeling the units.* Inspects the shipment, ensuring it is securely covered and strapped.* Build Millwork material packages by hand* Operate a forklift, stock and stage materials for manufacturing. (Forklift Training Available)* Ensure cleanliness by removing all waste from the facility* Cycle counts/inventory monitoring* Keep materials organized, safe and ready for production* Follow all safety policies!Safety:* Adheres to safety requirements when operating tools and equipment.* Ensures safety functions on equipment are operating properly.* Handles material in a safe and appropriate manner.* Reports any defects or safety issues immediately.* Completes required safety training.* Inspects the shipment, ensuring it is securely covered and strapped.
