Role Description

The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts, conducting financial analyses, handling journal entries, reconciling accounts, maintaining fixed asset records, and assisting with budgeting processes. The Accounting Manager will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies, and manage day-to-day financial activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing accurate Financial Statements and conducting thorough financial analyses
• Strong Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented approach to financial processes
• Proficiency in Journal Entries and general Accounting practices
• Knowledge of Finance principles and Fixed Asset management
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with non-profit financial reporting standards is required. xywuqvp
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
