Sonoco - - Responsibilities: Lead plant maintenance team to achieve maximum equipment reliability and uptime; Perform and supervise preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems; Apply root cause analysis (FMEA, 5Whys, ATS) to identify and implement countermeasures; Document all maintenance activities in CMMS and maintain asset history; Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
