Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual and CNC grinding equipment, including surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and ID/OD grinders, to perform precision material removal on aircraft components.; Grind, polish, and finish aerospace parts to close tolerances in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and FAA-approved technical data.; Measure and verify dimensions using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.; Inspect incoming parts for damage, wear, and serviceability prior to performing grinding operations.; Accurately document all work performed in job travelers and production records to ensure full traceability and audit compliance.
