Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the restaurant operations: schedule work assignments, set priorities, direct the workflow of staff
• Give clear directions and communication to crew members
• Ensure all operational/safety procedures are followed: audits, temperature checks and required record keeping.
• Process comps/voids/discounts using the Shift Leader approval procedures.
• Ability to step in to any position.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Resolve/document employee issues for management following guidelines
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to supervise employees in a positive and respectful manner.
• Customer Service mindset and ability to effectively communicate with unhappy customers/employees
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle difficult situations and persons in a positive and professional manner.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills with the ability to write job-related items in a clear, precise manner

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food, family dining or casual dining environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader.

Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
