Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling carriers and tracking deliveries
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure material availability and accuracy
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in internal systems
Work closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support operational needs
Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages in a timely manner
Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure service expectations are met
Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, etc.)
Support cost control initiatives by evaluating freight rates and transportation methods
All other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP or WMS experience preferred
Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
