Job Title: Dietary Cook

Location: 2700 N Hickory Claremore OK. 74017

Shift: 6:30a-4:30p Wednesday-Friday with rotating weekends

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Cook to join our team at Memory Care Center at Emerald. As an essential member of our dietary team, you will play a key role in preparing and serving nutritious, high‑quality meals that support the health and enjoyment of our residents. Your dedication and skill will directly contribute to the overall well‑being and satisfaction of our residents within our skilled nursing community.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to patient dietary needs and preferences
  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards

• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure smooth food service operations

• Accommodate special dietary needs, such as mechanical soft, and pureed diets

• Lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Experience with special diets and dietary restrictions is a plus.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
