Receiving Clerk – Manufacturing | $22/hr
Location: Tulsa, OK-
Overview
A Tulsa-based manufacturing company is seeking a Receiving Clerk who is detail-driven, organized, and comfortable working with ERP systems and computer-based workflows. This role supports daily inbound materials, verifies accuracy, and ensures clean documentation and data entry. If you're reliable, methodical, and strong with systems, this is a solid fit.
Work Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday or Monday-Thursday
- Hours may align to typical manufacturing schedule (e.g., 5 am-3:30pm, 7:30 am-4:30 pm)
- Pay: $22-24/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders for accuracy
- Enter receipts into the ERP system with high accuracy
- Perform data entry for inventory, material movements, and receiving logs
- Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and correct quantities
- Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to resolve receiving issues
- Maintain organized receiving area, labeling, and documentation
- Use Excel to track data, update logs, and support reporting needs
- Assist with cycle counts and general inventory accuracy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a receiving or warehouse support role
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (any platform acceptable)
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Excel basics (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP or similar preferred)
- Accurate, fast data entry
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written instructions consistently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
- Reliability and strong work ethic
Preferred Background (Nice to Have)
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Familiarity with purchase orders, packing slips, and material paperwork
- Experience assisting in cycle counts or inventory control
