Marvesting Field Marketing

The Marvesting group, European leader in field marketing, is looking for its future talents! We are currently recruiting Merchandisers/Promoters for our client, leader of fruit drinks in France and second actor of soft drinks.

Become a true ambassadoron the field, develop the visibility of the products in point of sale and contribute directly to their commercial performance.

Missions:

• Be the field partner of the Sector Manager and represent the brand with the stores
• Display the products and ensure their presentation according to the merchandising plans
• Ensure the visibility and attractiveness of the brands: facing, balustrading, PLV and highlights.

Avoid stock shortages by:

• Restocking and repotting the products
• Following the orders with the Self-Service Employee
• Maintaining a minimum stock in reserve (20/80)
• Reporting problems to the Sector Manager

Deploy commercial operations:

• Installing the gondolas and highlights
• Participating in product launches and promotions

Develop additional sales:

• Selling missing products and promotional pallets
• Developing cross-merchandising

Make regular follow-up of actions: photos, field reports and store returns

Prerequisites:

-Driving license B mandatory

-Know how to use a pallet jack

Conditions:

• Contract: CDD of 35h per week (on average 15/20 stores to cover)
• Remuneration: 1830€ gross /month
• Bonus: 150 € gross on objectives (reporting)
• Start date: beginning of June to August (duration of 3 months)

Advantages:

• Meal allowance: 13 € per day worked
• Professional expenses: reimbursement of living expenses (km, tolls, etc.)
• Allowances: 10% of precariousness premium + paid leave
• Materials provided: Service vehicle + fuel card provided and Tablet
