Acting as the central communication hub between departments, you'll coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep production on track and customers satisfied. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Do As a Production Scheduler, you will:Lead by example with a Safety-First mindset in every taskCreate and manage production schedules to ensure timely product deliveryReview production orders in collaboration with Sales to meet deadlines and capacityMaintain and update the visual production schedule to drive order visibility across departmentsPrepare and release job packets to the production teamDistribute job files to facilitate drafting of shop drawingsWork closely with shop teams to allocate materials, labor, and resources efficientlyMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to reduce downtime and maintain workflowMaintain accurate inventory and production records to balance material availabilityCommunicate with internal teams and management about production status, delays, or issuesFoster interdepartmental collaboration to achieve production, quality, and on-time delivery goalsRequirements High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in production coordination or scheduling within a manufacturing environmentProficiency with production planning software (ERP, MRP, or similar systems)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field3-5 years of experience in production scheduling or fabrication supportExperience using NetSuite ERP#J-18808-Ljbffr
