Bulk Shipping & Receiving AssociateReporting to the Operations Supervisor and based out of Industrial Oils Unlimited, LLC located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Bulk Shipping & Receiving Associate is an entry-level position responsible for the safe and efficient transferring of raw materials and finished products to-and-from tanker trucks and railcars. This is an entry-level, safety-sensitive position performed primarily outdoors. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits. The general work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM and is subject to change as the business requires. This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime as needed.Job Duties:Loads/unloads bulk raw materials and products from tanker trucks and railcars using heavy duty 3" camlock fitting chemical hoses and regulated air supply and/or a portable pump weighing 50-70 lbsRetrieves one 4oz sample bottle from incoming tankers and/or railcars and delivers to onsite lab for approvalClimbs up and down 15-foot ladder on bulk tankers and/or railcars to attach air supply hose to air valveWorks as a team to cover all inbound bulk material deliveriesTransfers incoming product into IBC bulk tote containers using an electric mobile scale when needed and transfers finished product to designated area by forkliftCommunicates with drivers and coworkers to properly and efficiently process transactions and inventory moves within ERP systemMaintains a safe and clean working environment, ensuring equipment and area is in optimal conditionUses proper PPE at all timesWorks within a safety conscious environmentOther duties as assigned by management teamExperience:1-year experience in a manufacturing/production environmentHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent requiredRequired Skills:Strong communication skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently when needed, while also a solid team playerAbility to drive a forkliftAbility to pass pre-employment background check and drug screeningSupervisory/Managerial Responsibility:NoneWork Conditions:Warehouse/plant and outdoor environment including but not limited to exposure to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to the risk of electrical shockSubject to all temperatures and weatherThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderatePhysical Requirements:Must be able to consistently lift, pull, drag 50-70 pounds on a regular basisMust be able to climb up and down 15 foot high tanker trucks/laddersOur One HF Sinclair Culture:At HF Sinclair, we are united through our One HF Sinclair Culture, which is underpinned by our five core values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Ownership and Inclusion.About HF Sinclair Corporation:HF Sinclair Corporation, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is an independent energy company that produces and markets high-value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, renewable diesel and lubricants and specialty products.Equal Opportunity Employer:HF Sinclair Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
