Operational Resource Manager

The Operational Resource Manager at HUB International is an integral member of the operations team and will provide direct support related to operations and client services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required and the scope of responsibility.   • Manage and maintain front desk area, lobby and help with upkeep in kitchen/lounge area
  • Maintains a professional, welcoming, and brand-consistent environment for all clients, visitors, and employees, serving as a key ambassador of the organization's first impression and overall workplace culture
  • Answer multi-line phone system (including transfers)
  • Manage and distribute of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scan mail into our Agency Management System and deliver it electronically to client service teams
  • Provide other clerical functions as needed such as photo copying, stuffing envelopes, preparing policy books, assembling Auto ID Cards
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations and client service departments
  • Assist with HUB event planning and execution
  • Provide assistance to other specialized OSC positions (ie: licensing, multi-media, carrier relations, accounting)
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Building liaison/logging work orders as needed
  • Vendor management/repairs (mail, equipment)
  • Provide oversight and organization of OSA team members to carry out various administrative tasks.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties/projects as needed

Qualification Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of prior office experience required
  • High School Graduate or a Certificate of High School Proficiency, Age 21 or older

Public Speaking/Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers and teammates.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a big plus.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point; follow guidelines on working in BMS (EPIC) for premium efficiency with your team.
