Job Details

Responsibilities 

• Load wire stock into the CNC wire bending machine
• Select and install correct tooling (bending dies, guides) based on wire size and desired bend angles 
• Align and secure tooling according to specifications 
•  Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand required wire forms 
• Create CNC programs using specialized software to define bend angles, sequences, and wire feed rates
• Input program data into the CNC machine
• Start the CNC machine and monitor its operation, ensuring proper wire feeding and bending process
• Make necessary adjustments to program parameters as needed to maintain quality
