We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Painter with a background in auto body painting to join our team. You will be responsible for applying coatings and finishes to various industrial equipment, machinery, and structures. Your expertise in auto body painting will enable you to bring a high level of attention to detail and quality to your work.

Position: Industrial Painter #20474

Pay Rate/Range: $18-22hr

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 330p

Responsibilities:

• Apply paint and coatings to industrial equipment, machinery, and structures using a variety of techniques and methods
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
• Use specialized equipment such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply paint and coatings
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that paint jobs meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues with paint application and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an auto body painter or painter in an industrial setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
