Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Manufacturing Operations Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery, lifting and moving materials, and ensuring the smooth production process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift and overhead crane to move materials and equipment throughout the plant
• Manually lift, push, and pull materials as needed to support production
• Inspect materials and products for quality and defects
• Perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and lifting upwards to 75+ pounds on a continuous basis
• Wear metatarsal work boots as required by the company
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to company safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant environment preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 5:00am-3:30pm schedule
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, twist, and lift upwards to 75+ pounds on a continuous basis
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and overhead cranes
• Comfortable with manually lifting equipment and materials
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $18-20/hr DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Tulsa, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)
