Overview: #20258

The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication, and mechanical knowledge to contribute to our projects. Will be able to operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded, align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces. MUST be able to pass a “Jaeger Near Vision Test & Vision Ishihara / Color”. Candidate must also maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Position: Welder

Pay Rate/Range: $22-30/hr

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-330p

Requirements:

- Read blueprints/drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures

- Pass random drug/alcohol test

- Experience in using electrical/ manual tools

- Attention to detail

- Able to meet specified Acceptance Criteria – Pass a test for the AWSD 17.1 for Aluminum & Stainless Steel
